Our Return Policy
At doë, our aim is for you to have complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of the items you've purchased, you have the option to return them according to our policy:
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at shoppe.doe@gmail.com to obtain authorization. Once approved, you can send the item(s) back to the designated address given.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We take pride in the quality of our products and make every effort to ensure they are shipped to you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer care team at shoppe.doe@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item so that we can address the issue and resolve it for you.
Please note that minor color variations due to differences in computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses do not qualify as damage.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased during promotional periods.
